Chính sách này áp dụng cho hai ứng dụng di động của hệ thống đào tạo thiết kế ColorME trên iOS và Android:

Dịch vụ đào tạo ColorME và website colorme.vn do CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN COLORME ACADEMY (COLORME ACADEMY JOINT STOCK COMPANY), mã số thuế 0111145152, địa chỉ: Tầng 10 Tòa nhà Đồng Lợi, số 2 Ngõ 1160 Láng, Phường Láng, TP Hà Nội, điện thoại 024 3550 0333, vận hành. Trong chính sách này, “ColorME” hoặc “chúng tôi” là các đơn vị nêu trên.
Chính sách về website colorme.vn (cookie, công cụ trên web) được nêu riêng tại trang Chính sách bảo mật của website; trang này chỉ nói về hai ứng dụng.

Chúng tôi không truy cập danh bạ, micro, dữ liệu sức khoẻ hay tin nhắn của bạn.
Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu với các nhà cung cấp cần thiết để ứng dụng hoạt động:
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Hai ứng dụng không chứa SDK quảng cáo, không theo dõi bạn trên các ứng dụng/website khác cho mục đích quảng cáo và không dùng dữ liệu của bạn để quảng cáo cho bên thứ ba. Chúng tôi có thể cung cấp dữ liệu khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
Việc đăng nhập và phần lớn dữ liệu được truyền qua kết nối mã hoá (HTTPS) tới máy chủ của ColorME; chúng tôi đang chuyển các kết nối nội bộ còn lại của ứng dụng ColorME Management sang HTTPS. Phiên đăng nhập trên thiết bị được lưu trong vùng lưu trữ an toàn của hệ điều hành. Quyền truy cập dữ liệu trong hệ thống được giới hạn theo vai trò của nhân sự. Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu phát hiện sự cố, chúng tôi sẽ xử lý và thông báo theo quy định pháp luật.
Chúng tôi giữ dữ liệu trong thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động hoặc khi cần để cung cấp dịch vụ đào tạo. Dữ liệu vị trí/Wi‑Fi chỉ được lưu cùng bản ghi điểm danh/chấm công tương ứng. Khi tài khoản bị xoá, dữ liệu cá nhân sẽ bị xoá hoặc ẩn danh, trừ dữ liệu phải giữ theo luật (ví dụ hoá đơn, chứng từ học phí, chứng chỉ đã cấp). Gỡ ứng dụng sẽ xoá dữ liệu lưu tạm trên thiết bị nhưng không xoá tài khoản.
ColorME Students dành cho học viên của ColorME; ColorME Management chỉ dành cho nhân sự ColorME. Ứng dụng không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không chủ động thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Học viên chưa đủ 16 tuổi cần có sự đồng ý của cha mẹ/người giám hộ. Nếu bạn cho rằng chúng tôi đã thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em không đúng quy định, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xoá.
Theo pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân (Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ‑CP và các quy định liên quan), bạn có quyền được biết, truy cập, chỉnh sửa, yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu, rút lại sự đồng ý, phản đối hoặc hạn chế xử lý. Bạn có thể xem và sửa hồ sơ trong ứng dụng, thu hồi quyền vị trí/camera/ảnh/thông báo trong cài đặt thiết bị bất cứ lúc nào, hoặc gửi yêu cầu tới email bên dưới.
Hiện tại việc xoá tài khoản được thực hiện theo yêu cầu qua email (chưa có nút xoá trong ứng dụng):
Dữ liệu bị xoá: hồ sơ (họ tên, email, số điện thoại, ảnh đại diện), liên kết đăng nhập Google/Apple, push token, bài nộp, bài đăng, bình luận và hình ảnh bạn đã tải lên, dữ liệu vị trí/Wi‑Fi gắn với điểm danh. Dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại: chứng từ học phí, hoá đơn, chứng chỉ đã cấp và hồ sơ nhân sự theo thời hạn luật định. Với tài khoản nhân sự (ColorME Management), tài khoản sẽ được vô hiệu hoá khi kết thúc làm việc; dữ liệu vận hành thuộc quản lý của ColorME được giữ theo quy định nội bộ và pháp luật.
Khi thay đổi chính sách, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối”. Với thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong ứng dụng hoặc qua email trước khi áp dụng.

In this policy, “ColorME”, “we” and “us” mean these companies.
The colorme.vn website (cookies, web tools) is covered by the website’s own privacy policy; this page covers only the two apps.

We do not access your contacts, microphone, health data or messages.
We share data only with the providers needed to run the apps:
We do not sell personal data. The apps contain no advertising SDKs, do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising, and do not use your data for third-party advertising. We may disclose data where required by law.
Sign-in and most data are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) to ColorME’s servers; we are moving the remaining internal connections of the ColorME Management app to HTTPS. Your sign-in session is kept in the operating system’s secure storage. Access to data inside our systems is limited by staff role. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident happens we will act on it and notify as required by law.
We keep data while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the training service. Location/Wi‑Fi data is stored only with the matching attendance or clock-in record. When an account is deleted, personal data is deleted or anonymised, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices, tuition receipts, certificates issued). Uninstalling an app removes its locally cached data but does not delete your account.
ColorME Students is for ColorME students; ColorME Management is for ColorME staff only. The apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Students under 16 need the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe we hold a child’s data improperly, contact us and we will delete it.
Under Vietnamese personal data protection law (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and related rules) you have the right to be informed, to access and correct your data, to request deletion, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict processing. You can view and edit your profile in the app, revoke location, camera, photos or notification permissions in your device settings at any time, or send a request to the email below.
Account deletion is currently handled on request by email (there is no in-app delete button yet):
Deleted: your profile (name, email, phone, profile photo), Google/Apple sign-in links, push tokens, your submissions, posts, comments and uploaded photos, and location/Wi‑Fi data attached to your attendance. May be retained: tuition receipts, invoices, certificates issued and employment records for the period required by law. For staff accounts (ColorME Management), the account is deactivated when employment ends; operational data managed by ColorME is kept according to internal rules and the law.
When we change this policy we update this page and the “Last updated” date. For significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
