1. Phạm vi và đơn vị chịu trách nhiệm
Chính sách này áp dụng cho ứng dụng di động Labs by ColorME (“Labs”) trên iOS và Android – studio sáng tạo AI giúp bạn tạo và chỉnh sửa ảnh, poster, video và nhận góp ý thiết kế và dùng các tiện ích nhanh.
Ứng dụng được phát triển và phát hành bởi KEE TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY cho thương hiệu ColorME. Dịch vụ Labs và website colorme.vn do CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN COLORME ACADEMY (COLORME ACADEMY JOINT STOCK COMPANY), mã số thuế 0111145152, địa chỉ: Tầng 10 Tòa nhà Đồng Lợi, số 2 Ngõ 1160 Láng, Phường Láng, TP Hà Nội, điện thoại 024 3550 0333, vận hành. Trong chính sách này, “ColorME” hoặc “chúng tôi” là các đơn vị nêu trên.
2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập và mục đích

Tiện ích xử lý trên máy (tạo mã QR, nén và đổi định dạng ảnh, ghép collage, ghép ảnh chụp màn hình dài, làm mờ/che thông tin) xử lý dữ liệu ngay trên thiết bị của bạn và không tải ảnh lên máy chủ.
Chúng tôi không truy cập danh bạ, vị trí, micro, dữ liệu sức khoẻ hay tin nhắn của bạn.
3. Dữ liệu khuôn mặt
- Labs không dùng Face ID hay ARKit và không thu thập dữ liệu hình học khuôn mặt, dữ liệu sinh trắc học, mã nhận dạng hay mẫu khuôn mặt (face template).
- Ảnh bạn tự chọn hoặc tự chụp có thể có khuôn mặt. Ảnh chỉ được tải lên khi bạn chạy một thao tác và chỉ được xử lý để tạo ảnh hoặc kết quả phân tích bạn yêu cầu, bởi các bên xử lý nêu ở mục 4 (BytePlus ModelArk, Anthropic Claude và Cloudflare Workers AI).
- ColorME không dùng ảnh để nhận dạng bạn hay bất kỳ ai, không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình AI và không bao giờ bán ảnh.
- Lưu trữ: ảnh đầu vào và kết quả chỉ được lưu trên máy chủ của ColorME (kho lưu trữ đám mây riêng của ColorME), gắn với tài khoản của bạn.
- Thời gian lưu: cho đến khi bạn xoá mục đó trong Thư viện, hoặc xoá tài khoản (Tôi → Cài đặt → Xoá tài khoản). Khi bạn xoá, tệp kết quả và ảnh đầu vào không còn được mục nào khác dùng bị xoá ngay khỏi máy chủ của chúng tôi; mọi bản còn lại (kể cả bản đệm) được xoá hẳn trong vòng 30 ngày.
4. Xử lý AI bởi bên thứ ba
Dữ liệu được gửi: chỉ (các) ảnh bạn chọn cho thao tác và nội dung bạn nhập. Chúng tôi không gửi tên, email, số điện thoại, danh bạ hay vị trí của bạn. Ảnh được chuyển cho BytePlus dưới dạng liên kết tới máy chủ của chúng tôi; đường dẫn chỉ chứa một mã số tài khoản nội bộ.
Dịch vụ AI nhận dữ liệu (chỉ để xử lý từng yêu cầu và trả kết quả):
- BytePlus ModelArk (BytePlus, thuộc ByteDance) – mô hình Seedream (ảnh) và Seedance (video). Nhận ảnh bạn chọn và câu lệnh. Theo tài liệu xử lý dữ liệu của BytePlus ModelArk: BytePlus là bên xử lý dữ liệu, chỉ xử lý theo chỉ dẫn của khách hàng tại trung tâm dữ liệu ở Malaysia, Indonesia và/hoặc EU/EEA; không dùng dữ liệu để huấn luyện mô hình của mình nếu khách hàng không cho phép (chúng tôi không cho phép); dữ liệu đầu vào và kết quả bị bộ lọc an toàn nội dung gắn cờ được BytePlus lưu 180 ngày tại Malaysia.
- Anthropic (mô hình Claude) – nhận câu lệnh và (với tính năng phân tích ảnh) ảnh bạn chọn, để hiểu yêu cầu, kiểm tra an toàn nội dung và tạo kết quả phân tích.
- Cloudflare Workers AI – chạy bước kiểm tra an toàn nội dung tự động với mỗi ảnh bạn tải lên và mỗi ảnh được tạo ra, để chặn nội dung tình dục. Dịch vụ này chỉ nhận ảnh; ảnh được xử lý trong bộ nhớ để kiểm tra và bước kiểm tra của chúng tôi không lưu ảnh. Theo trang về sử dụng dữ liệu của Cloudflare Workers AI, Cloudflare không dùng nội dung của khách hàng để huấn luyện các mô hình AI trên Workers AI.
Mục đích: chỉ để tạo hoặc phân tích đúng nội dung bạn yêu cầu và kiểm duyệt an toàn. Không dùng cho quảng cáo hay nhận dạng; chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu.
Bảo vệ: dữ liệu được truyền qua kết nối mã hoá TLS (HTTPS) và chúng tôi chỉ gửi những gì mỗi yêu cầu cần. Chúng tôi không lưu dữ liệu của bạn tại các bên này: kết quả được chép về máy chủ của chúng tôi (liên kết kết quả của nhà cung cấp hết hạn sau 24 giờ). Việc nhà cung cấp tự lưu giữ dữ liệu yêu cầu theo điều khoản của họ (với BytePlus, xem trên).
Xin phép trước: trước lần đầu tiên ảnh hoặc câu lệnh của bạn được gửi tới các bên này, ứng dụng hiển thị màn hình “Quyền riêng tư & AI” và chỉ tiếp tục khi bạn đồng ý. Bạn có thể rút lại sự đồng ý bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt; các tiện ích xử lý trên máy vẫn hoạt động.
5. Bên thứ ba khác
- Apple và Google – đăng nhập (Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In), phân phối ứng dụng và báo cáo sự cố.
- Cloudflare – hạ tầng máy chủ của Labs.
- Hạ tầng của ColorME – máy chủ tài khoản colorme.vn (Amazon Web Services, CloudFly).
- Expo (EAS Update) – tải bản cập nhật ứng dụng; nhận thông tin kỹ thuật như nền tảng, phiên bản ứng dụng và địa chỉ IP.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Labs không chứa SDK quảng cáo, không theo dõi bạn trên ứng dụng/website khác và không dùng dữ liệu của bạn cho quảng cáo của bên thứ ba. Chúng tôi có thể cung cấp dữ liệu khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
6. Kiểm duyệt nội dung và báo cáo
Chúng tôi dùng danh sách từ khoá cấm và bước kiểm tra tự động bằng AI để chặn yêu cầu vi phạm trước khi tạo; yêu cầu bị chặn không bị trừ credits (hoặc được hoàn ngay). Nghiêm cấm: nội dung tình dục; cảnh hôn, ôm ấp hay thân mật, lãng mạn có tiếp xúc cơ thể giữa nhiều người; mọi nội dung liên quan đến trẻ vị thành niên theo cách không phù hợp, ảnh giả mạo (deepfake) người thật khi chưa được đồng ý. Bạn có thể báo cáo bất kỳ kết quả nào ngay trong ứng dụng; nhân sự ColorME sẽ xem xét, có thể gỡ nội dung và khoá tài khoản vi phạm. Xem thêm Điều khoản sử dụng.
7. Credits
Credits là số dư ảo trong ứng dụng, không có giá trị quy đổi thành tiền. Chúng tôi lưu lịch sử cộng/trừ credits để vận hành hệ thống này.
8. Bảo mật
Dữ liệu được truyền qua kết nối mã hoá (HTTPS). Phiên đăng nhập được lưu trong vùng lưu trữ an toàn của hệ điều hành. Quyền truy cập dữ liệu trong hệ thống được giới hạn theo vai trò. Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu phát hiện sự cố, chúng tôi sẽ xử lý và thông báo theo quy định pháp luật.
9. Lưu trữ và thời gian lưu giữ
Ảnh bạn tải lên và kết quả chỉ được lưu trên máy chủ của ColorME, gắn với tài khoản của bạn, cho đến khi bạn xoá mục đó trong Thư viện hoặc xoá tài khoản; sau khi xoá, chúng bị gỡ khỏi kho lưu trữ ngay và mọi bản còn lại được xoá hẳn trong vòng 30 ngày. Lịch sử credits và nhật ký tạo (không chứa ảnh hay câu lệnh) được giữ trong thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động. Nhật ký chẩn đoán được giữ trong thời gian ngắn cần cho việc xử lý lỗi. Nội dung bị báo cáo có thể được giữ lâu hơn khi cần để xử lý vi phạm hoặc theo yêu cầu của pháp luật.
10. Trẻ em
Labs không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Người dùng phải từ 13 tuổi trở lên; người dưới 18 tuổi cần có sự đồng ý của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ. Chúng tôi không chủ động thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi; nếu bạn cho rằng chúng tôi đã thu thập dữ liệu như vậy, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xoá.
11. Quyền của bạn
Theo pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân (Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP và các quy định liên quan), bạn có quyền được biết, truy cập, chỉnh sửa, yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu, rút lại sự đồng ý, phản đối hoặc hạn chế xử lý. Bạn có thể xoá từng kết quả trong thư viện, sửa hồ sơ, thu hồi quyền ảnh/camera trong cài đặt thiết bị, hoặc gửi yêu cầu tới email bên dưới.
12. Xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu
- Trong ứng dụng: vào Tôi → Cài đặt → Xoá tài khoản và xác nhận.
- Hoặc gửi email tới cskh@colorme.vn từ email đăng nhập, tiêu đề “Yêu cầu xoá tài khoản Labs”.
Ngay khi bạn gửi yêu cầu trong ứng dụng, thư viện Labs (ảnh, video đã tạo), ảnh bạn đã tải lên và lịch sử câu lệnh được xoá khỏi máy chủ Labs; tài khoản ColorME và mọi dữ liệu còn lại được xoá hoàn toàn trong vòng 30 ngày. Chứng từ giao dịch mua (credits, gói Labs Pro) có thể được giữ lại khi pháp luật về kế toán, thuế yêu cầu. Gỡ ứng dụng không xoá tài khoản.
13. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi thay đổi chính sách, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối”. Với thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong ứng dụng hoặc qua email trước khi áp dụng.

1. Scope and who is responsible
This policy applies to the Labs by ColorME (“Labs”) mobile app for iOS and Android – an AI creative studio for creating and editing images, posters and videos and getting design feedback and using quick utilities.
The app is developed and published by KEE TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY for the ColorME brand. The Labs service and the colorme.vn website are operated by COLORME ACADEMY JOINT STOCK COMPANY (Công ty Cổ phần ColorME Academy), tax code 0111145152, address: 10th floor, Dong Loi Building, No. 2 Lane 1160 Lang Street, Lang Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam, phone +84 24 3550 0333. In this policy, “ColorME”, “we” and “us” mean these companies.
2. Data we collect and why

On-device utilities (QR codes, image compression and conversion, collage, long screenshot stitch, blur/redact) process data locally on your device and do not upload your photos.
We do not access your contacts, location, microphone, health data or messages.
3. Face data
- Labs does not use Face ID or ARKit and does not collect facial geometry, biometric identifiers or face templates.
- Photos you choose or take may contain faces. They are uploaded only when you run an action and are processed solely to generate the image or analysis you requested, by the processors listed in section 4 (BytePlus ModelArk, Anthropic Claude and Cloudflare Workers AI).
- ColorME does not use your photos to identify you or anyone else, does not use them to train AI models and never sells them.
- Storage: inputs and results are stored only on ColorME’s own servers (ColorME’s own cloud storage), linked to your account.
- Retention: until you delete the item in Thư viện (Library), or delete your account (Tôi → Cài đặt → Xoá tài khoản, Me → Settings → Delete account). When you delete, the result files and any input photos no other item uses are removed from our servers immediately; any remaining copies (including caches) are removed within 30 days.
4. AI processing by third parties
What is sent: only the photo(s) you select for an action and the text you type. We do not send your name, email, phone number, contacts or location. Photos reach BytePlus as links to our servers; the link path contains only an internal numeric account number.
AI services that receive it (only to process each request and return the result):
- BytePlus ModelArk (BytePlus, a ByteDance company) – Seedream (image) and Seedance (video) models. Receives the selected photos and your prompt. According to BytePlus ModelArk Data Processing, BytePlus acts as a data processor, processes customer data solely on the customer’s instructions in data centres in Malaysia, Indonesia and/or the EU/EEA, does not use it to train its own models without the customer’s authorisation (we have not given it), and retains inputs and outputs flagged by its content-safety filter for 180 days in Malaysia.
- Anthropic (Claude models) – receives your prompt text and, for photo-analysis features, the selected photo, to understand the request, check content safety and produce analyses.
- Cloudflare Workers AI – runs our automated content-safety check on each photo you upload and each generated image, to block sexual content. It receives the image only; the image is processed in memory for the check and our safety check does not store it. According to Cloudflare’s Workers AI data usage page, Cloudflare does not use customer content to train the AI models made available on Workers AI.
Why: only to create or analyse what you asked for and to keep content safe. Not for advertising or identification; we never sell data.
How it is protected: data is sent over encrypted TLS (HTTPS) connections and we send only what each request needs. We don’t store your data with these providers: results are copied to our own servers (provider result links expire after 24 hours). Any retention of request data by these providers is governed by their own terms (for BytePlus, see above).
Permission first: before your photos or prompts are sent to these providers for the first time, the app shows a “Privacy & AI” screen and only continues if you agree. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings; on-device tools keep working.
5. Other third parties
- Apple and Google – sign-in (Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In), app distribution and crash reports.
- Cloudflare – hosting infrastructure for the Labs servers.
- ColorME infrastructure – the colorme.vn account servers (Amazon Web Services, CloudFly).
- Expo (EAS Update) – app update delivery; receives technical information such as platform, app version and IP address.
We do not sell personal data. Labs contains no advertising SDKs, does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and does not use your data for third-party advertising. We may disclose data where required by law.
6. Content moderation and reporting
We use a denylist and an automated AI check to block violating requests before anything is generated; blocked requests cost no credits (or are refunded immediately). Prohibited: sexual content; kissing, hugging or other intimate or romantic physical contact between people; any inappropriate content involving minors, and non-consensual deepfakes of real people. You can report any generated result in the app; ColorME staff review reports and may remove content and suspend violating accounts. See the Terms of Use.
7. Credits
Credits are a virtual in-app balance with no cash value. We keep a ledger of credits added and spent to run this system.
8. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your sign-in session is kept in the operating system’s secure storage. Access to data inside our systems is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident happens we will act on it and notify as required by law.
9. Storage and retention
Uploaded photos and results are stored only on ColorME’s servers, linked to your account, until you delete the item in your Library or delete your account; after deletion they are removed from storage immediately and any remaining copies are gone within 30 days. The credits ledger and generation logs (which contain no photos or prompts) are kept while your account is active. Diagnostic logs are kept only as long as needed to fix issues. Reported content may be kept longer where needed to handle a violation or as required by law.
10. Children
Labs is not directed at children under 13. Users must be 13 or older; users under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your rights
Under Vietnamese personal data protection law (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and related rules) you have the right to be informed, to access and correct your data, to request deletion, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict processing. You can delete individual results in your library, edit your profile, revoke photo/camera permissions in your device settings, or send a request to the email below.
12. Account and data deletion
- In the app: go to Tôi (Me) → Cài đặt (Settings) → Xoá tài khoản (Delete account) and confirm.
- Or email cskh@colorme.vn from your sign-in address with the subject “Labs account deletion request”.
As soon as you submit the request in the app, your Labs library (generated images and videos), uploaded photos and prompt history are deleted from the Labs servers; your ColorME account and any remaining data are fully deleted within 30 days. Purchase records (credits, Labs Pro) may be kept where accounting or tax law requires. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update this page and the “Last updated” date. For significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
