[Gear Inc] Tuyển Dụng Game Designer Intern

Description

As a member of the Game Design team of Gear Inc in Vietnam and under the responsibility of the Lead Level Designer as well as Producer, you will be in charge of the design of top quality mobile games for international markets. Your responsibilities will include the following:

● Research market and industry standards in order to propose and create fun, compelling levels (contributing to design discussions and decisions)

● Participate to create immersive game levels that support and enhance the core mechanics and creative vision of the game

● Propose interesting concepts, designs and game-play mechanics

● Proceed with weekly analysis levels with live players and be a force of proposal for balancing changes.

● Work closely with project leads to identify and resolve issues

● Review design and development work on a regular basis to ensure execution is in line with overall vision and quality standards (performing general cleanup of game data and fixing design-related bugs)

● Playtesting the existing game with the team.

Requirements

● Passion for games and game development.

● Extensive knowledge of gaming culture, market, genres, player types, etc.

● Open-minded and flexible in adapting to change.

● Fast and focused learner.

● Good in verbal and written English communication.

● Willing and able to perform under pressure.

● Above all, motivation and a passion for video games!

Preferable Requirements:

● Currently pursuing or owner of a degree in a related field (Game Design/Development, Information technology, Multimedia, Art, Computer Application, Product Design)

● Interest in Level Game Design is a plus
